Here is a video I found – I really like it. You find out everything about link baiting – although he admits that he is not an expert
Another site I found searching for some link sourcing was this site from Pacific Link Sourcing. To be honest, I don’t think this site has anything to do with link building in regards to SEO. With a flash site it is unlikely it will rank highly anyway, however it offers a good link across the pacific – I imagine at least
